Job Description: Senior Dashboard and KPI Designer with Leadership Expertise
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dashboard and KPI Designer with deep expertise in designing intuitive and interactive dashboards for finance and healthcare domains. This role demands strong leadership skills to manage projects, ensure timely deliverables, and track progress across multiple teams. The ideal candidate combines advanced technical knowledge of UI/UX design tools with a solid understanding of accounting, financial analysis, medical billing, and healthcare reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Development
- Dashboard Design:
- Create user-centric dashboards for financial reporting (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow), accounts receivable, and healthcare workflows.
- Develop interactive KPI layouts for tracking key metrics in accounting and medical billing.
- Data Visualization:
- Design and implement visually engaging charts, graphs, and widgets to represent complex datasets effectively.
- Ensure data visualizations are optimized for decision-making across finance and healthcare operations.
- Domain-Specific Expertise:
- Apply in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and healthcare billing systems to create highly functional designs.
- Ensure compliance with financial and healthcare data security standards.
Leadership and Project Management
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional design team, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Deliverable Tracking:
- Oversee end-to-end project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery of designs.
- Use project management tools to track progress, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with finance and healthcare domain experts to gather requirements and refine designs.
- Act as the primary liaison between design, development, and business teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Qualifications
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in designing dashboards and KPIs for finance and healthcare domains.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent UI/UX design tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js (preferred).
- Knowledge of financial and healthcare-specific standards, regulations, and workflows.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong project management skills with experience in deliverable tracking and milestone management.
